Well today its really time for us to get the flat ready for treatment and paint which is happening Friday night, Saturday and Sunday. This Morning I have had fried Egg and Ham omelette and I followed it with Melon, Mango and Pineapple yumtastic. I had a nice meditation yesterday followed by re-uploading my assignment which previous corrupted at the Tutors end, hopefully I will now get my results. I went of to visit Lees parents and packed our full boxes off to there spare room ready for when we move. It was then off to Tesco for a shop, which I would never of been able to do before, I used to get it ordered online and delivered and Lee would put it away and at other times Lee would do the shopping on his own but its better now that I can have a look. Personally I like to get my fruit and meat at the local market from this really lovely chappy who does us a great deal and the meat is out of this world like nothing I have ever tasted in a supermarket.
But other items need to come from Tesco, so off we went and it was fine and today I'm as right as rain. I have really been comparing things lately it amazes me the changes that have taken place and long may they continue.
Well for lunch I was thinking of diced chicken chopped bacon mixed with some mixed herbs in some GF and dairy free mayo, with salad. For tonight we are having Gammon in parsley and a little honey, with mixed vegetables, and Lee will have rice with his.
