I started off using Higher nature rose hip 1000 vitamin c, at one a day - along with Biocare Multivitamins and mins as per their instructions, along with Biokult to fight my candida, 4 x higher nature EPA fish oil. I also used Kefir a strong Pro biotic that I bought of eBay and this helps restore the gut balance.
