Food
I try not to eat processed food and search out paleo and gluten dairy free recipes. I make all my sauces from scratch and like the power of almost knowing whats being put in my mouth when I am eating. It was hard at first to give up pizza, burgers and the crap I had come accustomed to!! but after 1-2 weeks it was fine. Using good veg and fruit has really helped me and I have been so amazed by the results from different food being added and different food being taken away that I have begun a home course in Clinical Nutrition which I am loving and hope one day I can help with aiding recovery in all types of circumstances.
