A meal Idea

Its a bacon and lamb mince chilli - which consists of
Sweet corn -
Sweet corn has vitamin B1, vitamin B5, vitamin C, folate, phosphorus, dietary fiber, and manganese.
Tomatoes -
Tomatoes are a rich source of several nutrients. They are well known for their high vitamin C content, but also contain significant amount of vitamin A, B vitamins including niacin and riboflavin, magnesium, phosphorous and calcium.
Tomatoes are also a good source of chromium, folate and fiber.
In recent years a particular nutrient found in abundance in tomatoes, lycopene, has made many headlines for its disease fighting abilities.
Peas - They are a good source of protein, B vitamins,
magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, iron, and potassium. Dried peas are an
excellent source of fiber.  Green peas are a good source of vitamin C, vitamin K, and
carotenes.  Even though dried peas contain less nutrients than fresh peas, they are
more calorie-dense due to their lack of water.   Dried peas provide the same
nutritional content and health benefits as common beans.  Green peas provide a little
more additional nutrition and antioxidants.
Onions - High in Vitamin C, Dietary Fiber, Vitamin B6, Folate and Manganese
Lamb Mince155 percent of iron, 141 percent of phosphorus, 177 percent of zinc, 1,189 percent of copper and 535 percent of selenium. In addition to a variety of minerals, lamb meat also contains high daily value percentages of vitamins B12 and A.
Bacon - Bacon contains Niacin, which is good for the skin and essential for good circulation and nervous system functioning. B vitamins, B-12 and Thiamin, improve metabolism, digestion and circulation. Phosphorous is present in bacon, assisting in heart and kidney functioning and the healthy formation of teeth and bones. Iron that is found in bacon improves the immune system and encourages the production of hemoglobin in the blood. Selenium is good for the immune system and is an antioxidant, preventing the oxidation of fats in the body. Bacon contains omega-3 fatty acids which improve circulation, lower cholesterol and decrease the risk of heart disease.
Garlic - http://www.essortment.com/all/healthbenefits_rntv.htm There is so much Garlic can help with I just thought I would provide a link.
Cayenne Chilli - is full of nutritional and medicinal properties. Cayenne is high in both vitamins A and C, the complete range of the B complex vitamins, beta-carotene, which is a potent anti-oxidant and rich in calcium and potassium making it wonderful for the heart. Besides cayenne, there are many other types of chili peppers.
Mixed Herbs and Gluten free stock from the ranges at Tesco.
I just fried the veg off then added meat and herbs then added the stock and mixed it and let it reduce down, as per piccies.
