Stress and Weight Gain

Well I was a huge stress head and gained weight as I was not as mobile and had food intolerance to Gluten, Dairy, Sugar and many others (which for 31 years I knew nothing about) therefore the Stoneage Diet seemed to fit my requirements. I have made a few adjustments with the use of some Free from range and gravy for my roasts hehehe!! I started Jan 2010 weighing 12st 1lbs and ended it 9st 11lbs, which is mainly due to not eating items that my body could not digest or handle. I will upload meal ideas and snacks as I go along.

Meditation/quiet time is so important to rest the mind and let it calm down, I kept a worry diary so anything on my mind went into it to release it from my mind. I also have some counselling sessions to help with past trauma that I had not realised still haunted me it helped me look at things a lot different and I read a great book which I think all should read called counselling for toads. I understand this is a sore point for many sufferers, and I am not saying this is not a physical illness because it very much is. I am saying that to heal the body it must be from all angles mind, body, emotion and soul.
