Meal idea I love cooking x

This is lamb mince curry and chips - The chip recipe is inspired by Roger Knowles of the CFS Forum - Cut chips/wedges from potatoes - then put in a pot of water i left skin on for the fibre - when the water starts to boil count 4 mins then take out the chips.wedges - place in extra virgin olive oil or lard then - add salt  - bake in oven for about 15-20 mins.

In a wok add onions mushrooms and garlic - then after about 8 mins add the lamb mince - then add peas - then add one can of coconut milk - 2 table spoons of tumeric or curry mix - some splashes of gluten free tamahi soy sauce - and let it cook  - to thicken I add a little gluten free veg stock and its like an Indian takeaway without all the fat x
