Ok so we have a ham salad - chopped ham lettuce, grated carrot, cress. It is then smothered in Balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper very tasty x
Then Mixed nuts to snack on with lots of oily goodness, my Free from fruit cake slices only been eating the odd one lately so monitoring them seems ok to me. My 2 Litres of water, supplements I use and have used. My faithful Coconut Milk yummy x
