Curry/ Add meat upon personal choice
Boil your chosen beans and let them soak for a whole night until ready to use next day and boil lentils - in a wok or pot add them in with onions mushrooms peas and any other veg you like. add garlic and tumeric and tamahi soy sauce - then add a can of good coconut milk with no nasties in it ( I found a good one in the ethic section at tesco belive it or not. ) Thicken if need be with gf flour or stock.
