I purchased 2.2kg of soup mixes 99p a big tub, and each batch of six costs just 2p so a bowl doesn't even cost half a penny!! In this day and age frugal shopping, cooking will keep you going.
It should make 44 batches of six portions and I bought seven different flavours!! Hope my household fancies soup hehe.
Bulk shopping is great, and reduced items can be cooked and used thereafter so never look a gift horse in the mouth as they say to some degree :)
