So no official wi this week but my scales show a 2lb loss yay excited for next Monday!!

Half tsp ketchup plus Half tsp mustard 1/2 syn for amount they make together

Oxtail soup 1.5 syns
Apple

Maggi bag 2 syns
Rice
Onion
Passata
Apple
Satsuma
