Wednesday chaos

Today I have had my sick husband at home all day - man flu - serious stuff!!

Been a nurse, watched him eat lots of chocolate and be a zombie.

I have stuck to plan and for that I am truly happy.

Made a great chilli with a jacket potato do onwards to my skinny minny days ahead x x
