One of the best lamb roast dinners Iv had in a long time. Succulent and rich, this lamb shank is from Icelands!! Cooked via the wait for it.... Microwave in 12 mins.
The steamed veg was perfect by Birdseye, cooked in the microwave in 6 mins not mushy!!
The only real effort in my part was to create slimming worlds oxo roasties.
Quick and lush I'm amazed at how wonderful that meal actually was.....
